Toll Brothers will release the Magnolia Collection, a new phase of homesites at the Woodson’s Reserve master-planned community in Spring.

The new section of homes features waterfront properties with four to six bedrooms, three to five bathrooms and three- to five-car garages. Exterior design options include classic, modern and transitional styles. Pricing starts in the mid-$700,000s.

“This new phase at Woodson’s Reserve Magnolia Collection will offer home shoppers an exceptional opportunity to live in a community that combines luxury with a natural setting,” Brian Murray, division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, said in a press release.

A sales center is open at 4254 Hollow Wind Way in Spring.
