Randall Davis Company celebrated the grand opening of London House, a mid-rise condominium development in River Oaks. Only two residences are left for sale.

The 12-story building includes 23 units featuring 10- to 13-foot ceilings, Gaggenau and Thermador appliances, private terraces and solid-core doors. Customization options are also available.

Pricing for standard residences begins at $1.5 million, while penthouses begin at $3.8 million.
