LGI Homes recently began home sales in two Houston-area master-planned communities: Canterra Creek in Iowa Colony and Trails at Cochran Ranch in Waller.

At Canterra Creek, the builder will offer three- and four-bedroom homes with one- and two-story designs. Pricing starts at $290,000.

Meanwhile, at Trails at Cochran Ranch, LGI will offer three- and four-bedroom homes with open-concept layouts. Pricing starts in the low $200,000s.

Both communities feature a number of family-friendly amenities, including parks, trails and exercise facilities.
