Toll Brothers will build a new-home neighborhood within Woodhavyn, a master-planned community in Magnolia.

Offerings will include one- and two-story floor plans on 60-foot lots with four to five bedrooms and three to 4.5 bathrooms. Pricing will start in the low $500,000s.

The neighborhood, called Toll Brothers at Woodhavyn, is within walking distance of the planned Havyn Amenity Village, which will feature a pool, community center, playground and park.

“We are thrilled to introduce our new luxury homes to the Woodhavyn master-planned community, which blends luxurious living with the charm and convenience of Magnolia,” Brian Murray, division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, said in a press release.

Woodhavyn is zoned to Magnolia Independent School District.
