David Weekley Homes and Brightland Homes will offer homes in The Easthaven Collection, a new development within the Bridgeland master-planned community in Cypress.

The collection is located in Easthaven, Bridgeland’s commercial district. Builders will offer single-family floor plans featuring two to four bedrooms, flex spaces, dual-access garages and courtyard-style backyards. Select plans include second-story roof terraces.

Jim Carman, president of the Houston region for Howard Hughes, said the collection is meant to provide “urban-inspired” offerings for buyers who want to live in a “dynamic, walkable town center.”

Easthaven is zoned to Cy-Fair Independent School District.
