Builders have begun sales for 55- and 65-foot homesites in Attwater, a 470-acre master-planned community in Waller.
Three builders — Chesmar Homes, Empire Homes (formerly Empire Communities) and HistoryMaker Homes — are offering 225 homes in Attwater’s first phase of development. Pricing begins in the lower $300,000s.
“Although it has easy access to employment and entertainment centers in Cypress and Energy Corridor, Waller still offers that small-town feel people are looking for when they settle into a home,” Alex Kamkar, managing shareholder of Bold Fox Development, said in a press release. “Our closeknit community will add to that ambiance.”
Empire Homes opened two model homes showcasing 14 floor plans ranging from 1,527 to 3,249 square feet, while HistoryMaker Homes opened one model with a second set to open this summer. The builder is offering 17 designs ranging from 1,754 to 3,924 square feet. Chesmar Homes is selling 13 floor plans ranging from 1,901 to 3,483 square feet.
Planned community amenities include a hub with a shaded pavilion, and open space for events.
Attwater is zoned to Waller Independent School District, including Herman T. Jones Elementary, Waller Junior High and Waller High School.
