Houston-area agents were prominently featured in the 2025 edition of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Report.
The highest-ranking Latino originator in greater Houston was Pedro Garcia Jr., of DHI Mortgage, who reached a sales volume of $94,622,746 across 316 transactions. That transaction volume was the fourth-highest among NAHREP members nationwide.
“These professionals represent the backbone of Latino homeownership growth in the U.S.,” NAHREP National President Oralia Herrera said in a press release. “They have guided thousands of families through a tough housing market, proving that trust, market expertise and deep community ties are the true drivers of success in this industry.”
