Hoar Construction wrapped on Rone Residences, a 12-story multifamily development in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.

The building features 209 apartments, 2,900 square feet of retail space and amenities including a fitness center, lounge, dog run and outdoor pool with cold plunge and hot tub.

Floor plans range from 890 to 2,200 square feet with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts available.

“We’re proud to celebrate the completion of Rone Residences alongside our partners at Trammell Crow and architects ZCA Residential,” Project Executive Lance Smith said in a press release. “Delivering a project of this caliber in an urban setting required close coordination, a strong team and innovative solutions.”
