Toll Brothers broke ground on Regency at Sienna, an active-adult community located within Johnson Development’s Sienna master-planned community in Missouri City.

Pricing will range from the upper-$400,000s to the mid-$600,000s. Homes in the community are reserved for owners aged 55 and up. Resident-exclusive amenities will include a clubhouse, pool, sports courts and an onsite lifestyle director.

Regency at Sienna homeowners will also have access to the Sienna amenities including a golf course, pools and walking trails.
