Jimmy Villanueva grew up in South Texas and studied music and business at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. In school, he developed a love and passion for serving people. Being a seasoned musician and deeply connected with his faith, Villanueva became a full-time, vocational worship pastor in Richmond. He has worked and served the community in this capacity since 2007.

Villanueva also leads the Space City Team at Keller Williams Realty Southwest. Over the last 15 years he’s put into practice some great real estate principles he learned from his mentor, an accomplished broker and real estate investor. From investing in commercial property to renting and flipping homes, Villanueva is excited to take the lessons he’s learned and continue to serve his clients with excellence and integrity.
