Plans for the yet-to-be-named community, located three miles from I-45 along the Grand Parkway, also include commercial parcels and sites for schools zoned to Clear Creek Independent School District.

“This is one of the last large-scale development opportunities in Clear Creek ISD, and we’re excited to deliver a high-quality community in a submarket with strong demographics, excellent schools and access to major employment centers,” Rob Witte, senior managing director and head of residential land development and self-storage for Hines’ American operations, said in a press release.

Highland Homes, Newmark Homes, Westin Homes, David Weekley Homes and Chesmar Homes are set to build on a mix of 50-, 60- and 70-foot lots. Projected home prices range from $400,000 to $800,000.

Lots will likely be delivered to builders in late 2027, with construction starting early the following year.
