Emblem Properties and its team of eight principal agents has joined COMPASS. 

Led by Broker/Owner Sherri Barrett, the brokerage focuses on The Woodlands submarket north of Houston. The firm, which was independent before joining COMPASS, sold $16 million in real estate in 2023.
