Jared Bonasera, a Realtor at Sudhoff Companies, has always harbored a passion for real estate. Since joining the industry four years ago, he’s made it his priority to help clients with one of the most personal and emotional decisions of their lives. Specializing in the Houston Inner Loop market, Bonasera works with luxury buyers seeking to purchase condominiums in Galleria, Montrose, River Oaks, Memorial and Upper Kirby. “What I love about my clients is that they’re the glitziest and most interesting people in Houston!” he says.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Bonasera earned a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in finance and accounting before joining a truck dealership’s corporate office in the role of human resources manager. “My background really helps with understanding the financing and taxation side of the transaction,” says Bonasera of his education and early career. “Also, I’m not afraid to ask questions.”

A member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors, Bonasera also ranks among Houston Business Journal’s top 25 Realtors in Houston. He was also the inaugural recipient of the Cathy Hanson Achievement Award, and was a member of the Top Team by Transaction in 2016 and 2017 at Sudhoff Companies.

Bonasera is praised for his reliability and follow-through, as well as his professionalism and attention to detail. Both in work and at play, Bonasera is goal-oriented. Along with meeting this year’s sales goals, he has checked off several accomplishments at his CrossFit gym and traveled to Europe – an experience he hopes to repeat often. “Traveling gave my work a greater sense of purpose, because I know that with hard work I will be able to do so more often.”
