A U.S. District Court judge in Texas dismissed an antitrust case that alleged the National Association of REALTORS’® policy of mandatory involvement in local, state and national Realtor associations violates federal antitrust laws.

Nan and Company Properties will serve as the exclusive sales and marketing partner of The Beverly, a luxury condominium development in Houston’s Tanglewood neighborhood.

At the same time, the pace of existing-home sales declined from May’s level. 

The 3-story building currently serves as a law office, but it’s also a stop on Boston’s Freedom Trail.

Nationally, home sales rose 5.7% year over year and 1.3% month over month, RE/MAX said. 

New single-family home construction declined as builders continue to grapple with macroeconomic headwinds.

Texas transactions made up 10% of all international home purchases this past year, according to a report from the National Association of REALTORS®.
