Jacci Kilgore
President and Managing Director
The Jacci Group, RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring

Throughout her years in the luxury home industry, Jacci Kilgore, president of boutique real estate team The Jacci Group, has had the opportunity to develop her business as her clientele diversifies. “Clients from over 20 years ago are now interested in an island getaway or an investment property, and their kids are now ready to buy their first homes,” she says. “We serve them all.”

Realizing each property has a unique audience, Kilgore tailors marketing strategies to the individual listing, utilizing a variety of media. She works diligently to prepare clients’ homes, helping them organize and stage their properties. “I’ve had clients express appreciation for the time we invested in them and their families, the late-night phone calls or dinner interruptions, and for being there when they needed me,” she says.

In 2018, Kilgore was recognized in the top 100 RE/MAX agents in Texas and top 20 in Houston; her team was named a Top 10 Luxury Real Estate Team by the Houston Business Journal. To reflect her company’s growth, she recently restructured her team and brand identity. “I have a terrific team,” she says.

“Together, we are solution-driven, inventive, out-of-the-box thinkers while providing high-touch customer service.”

As a community advocate, Kilgore is a member of The Woodlands Economic Development Partnership, Women’s Council of Realtors and Houston Relocation Professionals. She also serves on the board of directors for Montgomery County Meals on Wheels and supports the American Heart Association. Still, she finds time for a hobby.

She and her husband own an organic micro-farm called Blue Moon Farm, with the goal of providing quality produce to organizations that serve food-insecure households. Currently, Kilgore is fulfilling her long-time aspiration, earning her master gardener certification from Texas A&M University. “Whether studying market trends or researching new technologies, I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve,” she says.
