Houston native Andrea Fowler has devoted the last 21 years to giving back to the community that raised her. Fowler, a vice president and community lending specialist at Trustmark Bank, works with buyers seeking either Community Reinvestment Act loans or portfolio jumbo products. She’s grateful to be able to serve clients, regardless of their backgrounds and income levels, throughout the state of Texas.
The past two years have seen Fowler continue to simultaneously expand her business and celebrate continued volume increases. Using her professional and varied skill set, she continues to spread awareness of financial literacy and opportunity for all walks of life throughout Houston’s real estate market.
Through Fowler’s knowledge and experience within the Community Reinvestment Act market, she has remained hands-on in her approach to establishing protocols and best practices for future growth and development.
Other concurrent projects include consulting with the Harris County land grant program, co-hosting the Houston chapter of Habitat for Humanity’s Homeownership Fair, continuing her work with the NAACP via their Homes for Houston events, and participating in a podcast development project with iHeartMedia and the NAACP.
In keeping with her diverse approach to the real estate industry and a deep belief in paying it forward, Fowler is an active community member, both inside and outside the office. She is a proud board member of the NAACP Housing Committee and a Certified Applied Neuroscience Coach.
