Isaigha McNeil practices an easy, non-pressure approach, defining himself more as a friend than a salesperson. “Whether clients buy today, a month from now, or 10 years from now, I am here to help them when they need me,” McNeil insists. “There should be no rush on the biggest purchase of their life.”

McNeil’s clients include luxury and first-time homebuyers, investors and builders. A Realtor with Corcoran Prestige Realty, he focuses on single- and multifamily homes, condos and new construction throughout Houston. McNeil chose the real estate profession because of his deep passion for helping others reach their goals. “I am a very ambitious and determined person, and I appreciate being a leader and providing guidance,” he shares. “Helping others truly fulfills my life.”

Corcoran Prestige Realty recently named McNeil the MVP of their office, where he belongs to a team of professionals who serve as a tremendous support system for each other. Proud of the fact that he was able to help 19 families achieve their goals during his first year working in the industry, he is recognized as being extremely hardworking, always friendly and very punctual. “I believe my most valuable skill is understanding great customer service,” he points out. “I feel it is important to go above and beyond for my clients and always do the extra 1% that many Realtors won’t do.”

McNeil spent the past year focusing on his personal life, including reevaluating his circle of friends, taking control of his finances and improving his physical and mental health. When not working, he enjoys spending time playing basketball and going shopping.
