A career in the mortgage business was a natural choice for Adam Ahmad. After all, both his mother and his uncle were mortgage lending professionals. When he followed in their footsteps and began in the business 20 years ago, it became his first and only career. He wouldn’t have it any other way.
Now a results-driven vice president at Rate, Ahmad serves a client base of primarily repeat customers and agent referrals. He begins each relationship with a consultation to map out current and future finance goals. After this initial meeting, relieved clients often thank him for making the process so easy to understand.
Ahmad leverages technology and his deep understanding of Rate’s loan products to rise above the competition and educate his clients. “The tools I use to go over the different mortgage options simplify the process,” he explains. “Also, I speak to clients in plain English.”
Ahmad says he takes pride in thoroughly educating his customers throughout the mortgage transaction so they fully understand their options and feel comfortable with their chosen loan program. “Whether they are first-time homebuyers or seasoned owners, clients can trust me and my team with their home financing needs,” he shares.
When Ahmad isn’t helping clients secure mortgage loans for residential purchases or refinances, he enjoys gardening at home. He is also an avid fisherman.
