For years, Oksana Bogott has been helping people relocate to the Houston area from all over the world. Her clients come from diverse backgrounds, so Bogott, who speaks English and Russian, made it her mission to become an expert in all areas of Houston, from downtown to the suburbs, to help each client find the perfect fit.

“Because I help a lot of people relocate, my expertise is not limited to just one community,” she says. “I guide my clients based on their specific needs, whether they’re looking for an urban lifestyle, a quiet suburb or something in between.”

Named Coldwell Banker Top Individual Agent in Houston in 2021 and 2024, Bogott is a member of Coldwell Banker Houston’s President’s Club. Almost all of her business—90%— comes from referrals from past clients, who describe her as dedicated and client focused. She is also known for her strong negotiation skills and ability to make even the most complex transactions feel simple.

Bogott’s deep appreciation for clients is a driving force behind her success; she is especially humbled by the volume of referrals she receives. “It means my past clients trust me that they send their friends, family and colleagues to me. Their trust means everything,” she shares.

As co-founder and vice president of the Houston Slavic Association, Bogott strives to connect the Slavic community and educate others about Slavic culture through initiatives such as the annual Maslenitsa Festival. She also enjoys traveling and exploring Houston’s food scene.
