What began as curiosity quickly turned into a true passion for Olga M. Garza after she navigated a few personal real estate transactions. Intrigued by the process and driven to help others, she earned her real estate license. A few years later, her husband, Eddie, left an engineering career of over 15 years to join her full time. Together, they lead The O.M.G. Team, named after Olga’s initials, but also a nod to the bold, energetic service they bring to every client experience.
Specializing in new construction across northern Harris, Waller and Montgomery counties, the Garzas also represent volume and custom builders throughout the Greater Houston area. Their combined expertise and hands-on builder relationships give them unique insight into the construction and sales processes. Fluent in both English and Spanish, they take pride in being able to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
In 2024, The O.M.G. Team was named one of NAHREP’s Top 100 Latino Teams in the country. Olga’s accolades include HAR’s Rising Star Award, Nan & Company Properties’ Top Producer Gold Level, Ninja Selling graduate and RISMedia’s 2025 Real Estate Newsmaker Award as a Crusader. A former president of the Houston chapter of NAHREP, she serves on the HAR Professional Development Committee and is a proud Texas REALTORS Leadership Program alum. When not serving clients, Olga and Eddie enjoy spending quality time with their three children — attending school events, cheering them on at baseball and softball games, and creating lasting family memories.
