Remaining Endeavour Clear Lake Luxury Condos Hit Auction Block August 21

by Houston Agent

In what is anticipated to be the largest auction of luxury high-rise condominiums this year, Wonmore Ltd. announces it will sell all 35 of its remaining Endeavour Clear Lake residences on August 21, 2010 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Houston. Chicago-based Chartwell Group, LLC, specialists in real estate auctions, has been retained to conduct the sale.

The 30-story condominium tower, designed by Houston-based EDI Architects and completed in 2007, has 80 units between 1,278 and 7,533 square feet. With expansive views of Clear Lake and the Gulf of Mexico, the development offers residents a number of high-end features including a large, infinity-edge pool and private boat slips. The building’s luxuries include a full-scale fitness center, private movie theater, indoor resistance pool, sauna, library, a residents’ business center and indoor parking. Units feature high-end, European-style finishes; 12-foot ceilings; top of the line appliances; generous walk-in closets; and spacious balconies and terraces, perfect for taking in the complex’s stunning views.

“The Endeavour Clear Lake high-rise is an extraordinary building with unparalleled amenities,” says James Byczek, vice president of the Chartwell Group. “The auction will afford buyers an unprecedented opportunity to acquire these highly sought after residences at drastically reduced prices. We are offering units at discounts of over 50% off their previous prices.”

Units in the Clear Lake high-rise are currently listed from $450,000 to $3,500,000. Auction pricing will start at $200,000 to $1,500,000.

Tours of Endeavour Clear Lake for prospective buyers will be offered during a series of open houses beginning on July 31, 2010. Open houses will be held every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4:00 PM and Thursday and Friday evenings from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.
