Mary Kiesewetter, a real estate agent with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, was given the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Designation by the Luxury Home Council.
The ALHS designation means that an agent’s training and expertise in the luxury home market are extremely deserving of recognition. In order to earn the right to display the ALHS logo and enter into the Luxury Home Council, Kiesewetter was required to successfully complete the ALHS coursework, represent a buyer or seller in at least two separate transactions where the purchase price was equal to or greater than the average sales price, and remain in good standing with the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
“Mary often puts a buyer and seller together before her listings ever hit the market. Her clients appreciate her immense loyalty and dependability,” says Tracey Bogiel, manager of the office in Katy where Kiesewetter currently works.
Kiesewetter is thrilled to be among a group of elite real estate professionals in her field. Luxury Home Council members are extremely dedicated to their field, according to a press release, and strive to provide the most outstanding services to customers in the luxury housing market.
