Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene is pleased to announce the opening of its Magnolia Marketing Center, which will serve the fast-growing community in south Montgomery County.
The newly completed marketing center, located at 6875 F.M. 1488, Suite 800 in Woodforest Plaza, will have a resident team of 32 full-time real estate professionals, bringing the number of Gary Greene agents serving the area to 167.
Ken Brand, manager of The Woodlands Research Forest location of Gary Greene, will also serve as manager of the new location. Brand said with Exxon/Mobil’s new 385-acre campus and the growth around The Woodlands, Magnolia will be a logical and desirable place for people moving to the area.
“The rural areas surrounding the Woodlands are exploding with opportunity,” he said. “We want to help sellers reach their highest price; buyers find the best properties to suit their lifestyles; and to help career-oriented real estate agents deliver the best of the best to their clients.”
Magnolia Office is a “Power Hub”
The design of the new space lends itself to more collaboration and conversation among Realtors. “It’s designed to suit today’s active and on-the-go mobile agent,” Brand said. “Everyone’s time is precious. Our new space allows agents to share ideas, listing information, experiences and to help each other pinpoint the right properties for buyers and to deploy premier exposure strategies for sellers.”
Brand adds that the Magnolia office is part social hub and part work station: “It’s really a power hub for our agents and a powerhouse for buyers and sellers in Magnolia, The Woodlands and South Montgomery Country.”
A grand opening for the office is planned for mid-December. Brand also plans to add a third marketing center in Creekside Village in The Woodlands in the summer of 2013.
