Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) Gary Greene welcomed realtor Eric Stewart to its Bridgeland office in Cypress, Tex.

A native Houstonian and a resident of the Cypress area for over 30 years, Stewart has 17 years of experience in the IT industry, having held many positions from IT operations supervisor to project manager.  With experience working in several countries and industries, Stewart was afforded the opportunity to meet many people from different cultures around the world.

Stewart uses his experience in technology as leverage to effectively market and find homes while providing clients with quality customer service. In addition to working as a full time REALTOR®, he also runs his own real estate investment company focused on renovating distressed property as well as developing new construction in the Houston area. His keen view of market conditions allows him to give helpful advice to clients.

“I am intrigued by the many facets of this industry. Whether it’s residential, commercial, land development or investment properties, I always try to put myself in my client’s shoes and truly understand their needs as well as the goals they want to achieve,” said Stewart.

When Stewart is not busy serving his clients, he and his wife stays occupied with their children’s activities, which include football, middle school orchestra and high school band. He enjoys songwriting, traveling, history, football, wine tasting and participating in community events such as the annual Toys for Tots Drive.
