Houston-based Corcoran Genesis acquired Corcoran Ferester Realty, located in The Woodlands.

Corcoran Genesis was founded by Nicole and Doug Freer in 2024. Corcoran Ferester, meanwhile, was founded when Beth Ferester and her brokerage affiliated with Corcoran in 2021.

“Beth and her team have set a high standard in The Woodlands, and we’re honored to carry that forward,” Nicole Freer said in a press release.

Moving forward, Corcoran Genesis’ two offices will now operate as a singular entity under the leadership of the Freers. Ferester will continue her career with Corcoran as a premier real estate agent, and will establish The Ferester Team at Corcoran Genesis.
