Brett Dietz was named KB Home’s Houston division president, with Rob Wasyliw taking over as the president of the San Antonio division.

After contributing more than 20 years of employment at KB Home as the senior vice president of finance for the Houston division as well as division president of the San Antonio branch, Dietz is returning to Space City. Dietz earned his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

“Brett brings to our Houston division an exceptional depth and breadth of experience executing on KB Home’s distinctive customer-centric business model,” said Larry Oglesby, KB Home’s Central region president. “We are excited to have him extend his outstanding career at KB Home leading the strategic growth of our Houston operations.”

KB Home has been constructing homes in the Houston area since 1998. With 24 communities available for new home sales and several recent land purchases, the company continues to expand its influence within the Houston housing market.

Wasyliw will be moving within the San Antonio division, leaving his current position as senior vice president of finance to succeed Dietz as division president.
