Statewide brokerage firm Compass announced the opening of two new office locations, in Houston Heights and Katy, to accommodate the company’s rapid growth throughout Texas. Compass launched in Houston in November 2018 and has grown to more than 700 agents and team members. Its agent community across Houston has grown more than 300% since 2020, according to a press release.

“Our Houston agents have accomplished incredible growth this year, in both market share and sales volume,” said Rachel Hocevar, Compass regional president for Texas. “The new Compass offices will be instrumental in delivering a personalized and unparalleled experience for our agents specializing in these submarkets that are essential to building upon their success.”

The 6,000-square-foot Heights office will be located in M-K-T, a mixed-use development with easy access to hiking and biking trails, on-site dining and retail options. The office’s agents include Caroline Schlemmer Group, HTX Group, Finch Properties, Deveau Realty Team and Amy McGee.

The 9,800-square-foot Katy office will be located at 24275 Katy Freeway. Its agents will include Cinco Ranch Realty Group, The Jamie McMartin Group, Ryan Adams, Steve Kinne and Thai Klam.
