Bspoke Title Holdings recently announced the addition of a new boutique residential and commercial title office.

Located at 1885 Saint James Place, Magnolia Title is Bspoke’s first location in Houston.

“We are glad to be officially opening offices in Houston and the surrounding areas with the best talent in the industry,” said Sarah Blackburn, CEO of Bspoke, in a press release.

The company recruited a team of industry veterans to serve in the new office: Parker Witt, vice president/senior escrow officer; Julie Augustyn, senior escrow officer; and Christina Sacco, business development officer.

John Magness, who also serves as chairman of Bspoke Title Holdings, will oversee Magnolia Title. 

“We are very proud of the team we have assembled to launch our Houston presence,” Magness said in the release. “The Houston housing market is thriving and we believe Magnolia Title, based on our team’s industry experience and leadership, is well-positioned to achieve record growth.”
