Long before she ever held a real estate license, Misty Meredith was already studying buildings — breaking them apart in her mind and imagining how a space could feel different with one well-placed change. Today, after a 24-year career spanning Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta and Houston, she has become one of Houston’s most recognized voices in luxury and new development.
Meredith is director of sales for The St. Regis Residences, Houston, the first stand-alone St. Regis Residences building in Texas. Launched in September 2025, the project surpassed $200 million in sales ahead of its May 2026 groundbreaking. This milestone marks her 19th development in a career that has generated nearly $500 million in Houston transaction volume since 2020. Her specialties include new development, luxury condominium living and serving high-profile private clients across Houston’s River Oaks, Memorial, Tanglewood and Uptown neighborhoods.
Meredith leads The Meredith Group alongside Justin Dugat, whose luxury market experience across coasts offers incredible knowledge of the Houston luxury market, and Khenede Woodley, whose marketing and social media presence have strengthened the team’s reach. Most of the team’s business stems from referrals cultivated across three cities and multiple decades.
Douglas Elliman has named Meredith among its top agents in Texas for multiple years. In addition, her team ranked No. 7 for volume and transactions in 2025. She has earned the brokerage’s President’s MVP Award and has been featured in Modern Luxury Houston magazine. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Away from work, Meredith donates regularly to animal rescue organizations. Whether horseback riding at Cypress Trails or exploring the beauty of Houston’s Memorial Park, she enjoys the outdoors while helping animals in need along the way.
