Jordan Ranch recently increased its developed homesites by nearly 40% with the release of 415 properties. The new sections accommodate a wide assortment of home designs ranging from 40-70 feet wide.
The Ranch’s current builders, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes and Westin Homes, will continue offering their existing floor plans in the new sections, according to a press release.
Steve Sams, general manager of Jordan Ranch, said sales in the new sections are expected to start this month. Homes in Jordan Ranch are priced from the $300,000s.
The new neighborhoods are situated along the newly opened Texas Heritage Parkway, which bisects Jordan Ranch.
“We were very excited to see the opening of Texas Heritage Parkway and all of the conveniences to Jordan Ranch residents,” Sams said. “Parents have an easy trip to take their children to and from school, and all residents can quickly get to either the Westpark Tollway or Interstate 10, which is just a mile away.”
