by Lindsey Wells

Coldwell Banker Realty announced this week that Lisa Fleming has been named regional vice president of the company’s Houston region, where she will lead 15 offices and approximately 1,100 sales associates.

Fleming will oversee all aspects of the regional business, working closely with the leadership team to support the company’s mission to provide unparalleled service to local home buyers and sellers, according to a press release.

“Lisa is an incredible leader who has demonstrated her ability to not only drive significant business growth but also to build a culture that promotes agent development and satisfaction,” said Charles El-Moussa, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Texas. “I am thrilled that she has accepted this new role with Coldwell Banker, and I am confident that she will do an excellent job leading Houston.”

Fleming began her career in 1998 as a sales associate for Howard Hanna in Pittsburgh. She segued into a branch office manager position in 2009 and was eventually appointed as the company’s senior vice president and general manager of Michigan.

During her tenure in Michigan, Fleming oversaw nine offices, contributing to their overall sales growth with a 71% increase in profit and 57% increase in agent count, the release noted.

“I am honored to have this opportunity to lead the Houston regional offices,” Fleming said. “Coldwell Banker is a clear industry leader and I am incredibly impressed by their unrelenting commitment to supporting affiliated sales agents and providing them with the tools and resources needed to adapt to today’s real estate environment. I look forward to working closely with my executive team to continue driving regional growth.”

Fleming is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and holds the real estate designations of Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Residential Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist.

A graduate of Carlow University, Fleming is an avid boater who enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, Dennis, and two sons, Hudson and Harrison.
