J. Patrick Homes recently announced plans to debut a new series of floor plans that will extend the builder’s current range of offerings.
Designed for 55-foot homesites, the Nuvo Vista Series will feature six floor plans ranging from 2,178 to 3,400 square feet. Sales, which will start in the $400,000s, will begin this month in the Fulshear community of Jordan Ranch, according to a press release.
“Historically, we have offered homes designed for 50- and 55-foot lots,” said Tim Drone, executive vice president of J. Patrick Homes. “This time, we are reimagining them with premium elevations. Plus, buyers in this range will still have what we call ‘the power to personalize,’ with a full customer experience at our design center.”
The homes’ exteriors will boast a mix of stone, stucco, siding and brick, with metal roof accents and other enhancements.
“These modern and transitional elevations are typically found in more expensive homes or as upgrades, but they are included in the base price of these designs,” said Kristina Drone, the company’s vice president of marketing. “Plus, customers will be able to select their exterior colors and materials.”
The smaller homes will include features similar to the larger homes already offered in Jordan Ranch, including the Aprilaire whole-home dehumidifier and Aprilaire Air Cleaner media filters, the release noted.
“I hope that we can introduce the series into more communities,” said Tim Drone. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to offer a home with upscale finishes to buyers looking at smaller homes because of today’s escalating price structure.”
In addition, J. Patrick Homes plans to open a new model home in Jordan Ranch this spring to showcase floor plans designed for 70-foot sites.
