The series includes six floor plans ranging from 2,178 to 3,400 square feet. The homes feature premium elevations with a mix of stone, siding and painted brick and metal roof accents and other enhancements.
“You can describe these elevations as modern farmhouse, modern prairie and contemporary,” said Tim Drone, president of J. Patrick Homes. “They are typically considered an upgrade, but we are offering them as standard selections.”
Priced from the $520,000s, the floor plans offer kitchens with large islands, home offices and broadly covered patios. Structural options allow buyers to add bedrooms, extended patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, expanded garage storage, etc.
“We are maximizing every inch of space in these floor plans to deliver the coveted features found in our larger home designs,” Drone said. “The structural options and ample choices at our design center give our customers what we like to call the ‘power to personalize.’”
J. Patrick Homes will build six showcase homes in Artavia to illustrate the different floor plans, according to a press release.
