Tri Pointe Homes has launched pre-sales for homes in Montgomery County’s master-planned community Woodforest.

Tri Pointe Homes joins a dozen builders in Woodforest who offer single-family homes, custom designs and homes for ages 55 and up.

The builder will offer one- and two-story home designs starting in the $400,000s. Ranging from 1,556 to 2,976 square feet, the floorplans are for homes on 40- and 50-foot sites. Two dozen inventory homes are already under construction and available for sale.

“Tri Pointe Homes is a national builder with a local heart,” said Virgil Yoakum, general manager of Woodforest. “Their homes are distinctive to the region in which they build while bringing the power and reputation of a large, national builder. They are a welcome addition to our builder lineup and further expand the many choices available to Woodforest homebuyers.”

Prospective buyers can choose from designs featuring five bedrooms, four bathrooms and three-bay garages. Options include media rooms, game rooms, curved stairways and full-glass slider doors that open to covered outdoor living space.

Two model homes are underway and expected to open in late July, according to a press release.
