Leigh Beard is originally from Corpus Christi but has lived in the Houston area since 2005. In 2017, she became a Realtor and earned the Rookie of the Year award from the Coldwell Banker Cypress Branch. Since then, Beard has come to mentor newer agents around the office and has developed a passion for creating success for others — whether that be with Realtors or her own clients. A true people person, she takes great pride in getting to know her clients and their families.

When Beard is not helping clients buy, sell or lease homes you can find her volunteering at her church twice a week; she is always first in line to help those in need in her community.
