She later founded Mariner Realty and served as its broker-owner for more than two decades before the company was acquired by Coldwell Banker Realty in 2018.

Today, Welsh is an associate broker and co-leader of the Wendy + Zonia Real Estate Group with her longtime business partner, Zonia Alvarez. Together, they specialize in waterfront, luxury, golf-course and lifestyle communities, as well as residential resale, new construction, relocation and second homes, combining local expertise, strategic pricing, skilled negotiation and elevated marketing with highly personalized service. Their goal is to ensure every client feels informed, protected and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.
