Venterra Realty announced the opening of its newest multifamily housing development, Highpark. The complex, located at 20515 Cypress Plaza Parkway, is officially open for leasing.
Highpark consists of 336 one- and two-bedroom apartments with a variety of different floor plans. Amenities include a pool and outdoor lounge, two dog parks, a fitness center, covered parking spaces and a clubhouse that features workspaces and conference rooms. The complex is located near SH 99 and Hwy. 290, as well as many local shopping centers.
