RE/MAX announces merger of two Houston area brokerages

Two RE/MAX brokerages in the Houston area are joining forces: RE/MAX Traditions of Richmond,Texas, has merged with RE/MAX Fine Properties of Sugar Land, Texas, to increase resources and support for agents and better serve the community of Fort Bend County.

Owner of RE/MAX Traditions Angie Middlebrooks will now serve as a managing partner at RE/MAX Fine Properties. In her new role, Middlebrooks will focus on recruitment, training and retention.

“We are proud to welcome Angie and her team to RE/MAX Fine Properties,” said broker and owner of RE/MAX Fine Properties, Nimesh Patel. “Angie brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to our brokerage as well as new programs and ideas.”

There are now 125 agents at RE/MAX Fine Properties under Patel’s leadership.

“We are thrilled to partner with Nimesh and RE/MAX Fine Properties,” said Middlebrooks. “The need to train and support new and newer agents in our shifting market has increased in importance, and I am excited to bring this expertise to RE/MAX Fine Properties. We will capture and enhance the strengths of both brokerages as we move forward together.”
