Pelican Builders has announced a new River Oaks condominium project located just one block from their latest Houston condominium building, The Revere.

The Lexington, located at 2419 Mimosa Drive, will consist of 40 condominiums spread across eight floors. The midrise is designed by award-winning firm Kirksey Architecture.

“Having a consistent team in place and executing building after building with the same professionals is the key to delivering a quality development,” said Derek Darnell, president of Pelican Builders. “As with The Revere before it, we intend to bring a sophisticated, single-level way of living to this ever-transitioning area nestled between River Oaks and Avalon Place via The Lexington.”

Condominiums at The Lexington start at $1.7 million, while the building’s four penthouses start at $4.3 million. All sales are being handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Construction is expected to begin in early 2023.
