CIM Group has sold Montierra, an apartment community in the Uptown Houston/Galleria area. The multifamily residential real estate company originally acquired the property in 2013.

Located at 2345 Sage Rd., the gated apartment community consists of nine four-story buildings filled with 346 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. CIM Group has overseen significant upgrades to the property, including a number of community amenities and modern apartment furnishings.

“At Montierra, out team applied its decades of experience in owning and operated apartment communities to create and implement a program of renovations and improvements that positions Montierra as one of the most appealing options in the dynamic Galleria/Uptown district,” said CIM Group co-founder and Principal Shaul Kuba in a press release.

The news of CIM Group’s sale of Montierra comes only a week after the announcement that the company had sold The Ashton on West Dallas to Austin-based developer and management company RPM Living.
