The 10 most-expensive homes sold in Greater Houston in December

Not even the Christmas season slump was enough to slow down the Houston luxury home market, which posted some of the highest listing prices of the year in December.

According to the Houston Association of REALTORS®, the most expensive house of the month was a nearly $11 million home in the Timberwilde subdivision of the Memorial Villages market area. The over 11,000-square-foot home, built in 1995, also qualified as one of the most expensive homes sold throughout all of 2022.
