Texas REALTORS® named their 2022 Realtor of the Year this week, selecting Joanne Justice of the Arlington Board of Realtors.
“Being named Texas Realtor of the Year has been a humbling experience,” Justice said. “It’s a rare honor to be recognized for involvement in a business that has given me so much more in return. …The ability to be a part of moving America and helping people achieve the American Dream is priceless.”
Managing Broker of the Year: Joanne Justice, Coldwell BankerJustice first joined the Arlington Board of Realtors in 1971 and was elected president of the board of directors in 1983. During her over 50-year career as a Texas Realtor, she has served as manager of Elouise Bauer Real Estate in Arlington (now Paula Stringer Realtors), as well as Merrill Lynch Realty. She then served as the vice president of Century 21 Sutherland before joining Coldwell Banker, where she’s remained for the past 30 years. She currently serves as a director for the National Association of REALTORS® and holds a Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designation from the association.

Justice’s past accolades include the President’s Meritorious Service Award and the Realtor of the Year Award from the Arlington Board of Realtors. She’s also received Texas REALTORS®’ Distinguished Service Award and NAR’s Realtor Emeritus Award.
