Shannon Sullivan, Laura Mudd rank as top Houston agents at 2026 Ellie Awards

The 2026 Ellie Awards recognized Shannon Sullivan and Laura Mudd as the top Houston-area Douglas Elliman agents by volume and gross commission income.

Sullivan ranked as the No. 3 agent in Texas by dollar volume and No. 5 by GCI; Mudd ranked No. 4 by volume and No. 2 in the state by GCI.

Top-ranking agents

By dollar volume, Sullivan and Mudd were followed by Moni Bohnisch (No. 6), Mathilde Hoefer (No. 7), Stephanie Aron-Weiss (No. 8), Harris Benson (No. 10), Jeanine Kaminski-Ditzel (No. 14) and Nicholas Moncada (No. 25).

By GCI, Mudd and Sullivan were followed by Bohnisch (No. 6), Hoefer (No. 7), Heather Shepherd (No. 8), Aron-Weiss (No. 9) and Benson No. 12.

By transactions, the top Houston-area agent was Aron-Weiss, who ranked No. 5 in the state, followed by Bohnisch at No. 6.

Top-ranking small teams

Among small teams, The Banks Group was the top-ranked Houston area team by transactions, volume and GCI.

By transactions, The Banks Group ranked No. 5 in Texas, followed by The Anderson Cohen Group (No. 8) and The Richard Ray Team (No. 9).

By volume, The Banks Group ranked No. 2, followed by The Anderson Cohen Group (No. 7), The Richard Ray Team (No. 10) and Anne Park Group (No. 11).

By GCI, The Banks Group ranked No. 3, followed by Anne Park Group (No. 10), Anderson Cohen Group (No. 11) and The Richard Ray Team (No. 12).

Awards

Douglas Elliman also announced the recipients of its annual awards: Pinnacle Award winners included The Banks Group and Dana Johnson; Diamond Award winners included Laura Mudd; Platinum Award Winners included Moni Bohnisch, Mathilde Hoefer and Shannon Sullivan; Gold Award winners included Stephanie Aron-Weiss, Lindsey Barnett, Harris Benson, The Anderson Cohen Group, Anne Park Group, The Richard Ray Team and Heather Shepherd; Presidents’ Circle winners included Jamie Barrere, Carson Brown, Glory Crafts, Jaime Dossett, Dena Frye, Jeanine Kaminski-Ditzel and Nicholas Moncada; and Leading Edge Award winners included Mitch Beasley, Benjamin Dougharty, Deborah Tatham, Robin Van Zant and Kerry Wald.
