The Conroe master-planned community Grand Central Park will host home tour weekends throughout June, inviting potential residents to experience the “sweet life.”
Nine model homes from Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Westin Homes will be open for viewing from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Guests will have the chance to register to win one of nine $500 gift cards that will be given away at each of the models.
“We can’t wait to share the sweet life our residents enjoy every day,” said Amanda Burke, director of marketing for Grand Central Park. “In addition to our beautiful homes, residents can hike our trails, swim or workout at The Lake House amenity complex, kayak on Paddle Lake and hang out at our gorgeous parks.”
The “Live the Sweet Life” tours will conclude on Saturday, June 24, with milkshakes available to visitors from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
