Compass Houston hired Mario Tagle as its new strategic growth manager. Tagle previously worked at Side as an agent recruiter.

“When deciding on my next career move, the choice was very clear for me — Compass,” Tagle said. “The reason I joined Compass is because it was the one brokerage in Houston that was the hardest to recruit from.”

In his new role, Tagle will work on agent recruiting.
