Nationwide homebuilder Toll Brothers officially opened a model home at Teaswood Avenue, a new single-family gated community in Montgomery County.

Toll Brothers will offer one- and two-story homes on 60-foot lots within the luxury community. Six varying floor plans will be available, with sizes ranging from 3,078 to over 3,534 square feet. Prospective buyers are invited to visit the Toll Brothers Design Studio for a professional design consultation.

“This stunning model home is a testament to the Toll Brothers luxury brand and lifestyle for which we are known,” David Assid, division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, said in a press release. “The latest design trends and some of our most popular features are on display in this home, and it’s an inspiration for our homebuyers who will be able to personalize their new home through our Toll Brothers Design Studio experience.”

Situated in North Houston, Teaswood Avenue is located three miles from Lake Conroe and 15 miles from The Woodlands.
