Coventry Homes launched sales in The Trails, a master-planned community in New Caney.

The builder will offer eight floor plans on 40-foot lots, ranging in size from 1,507 to 2,421 square feet. Priced from the $250,000s, all homes will feature kitchens with ample counter and cabinet space, game rooms and two-car garages.

Coventry will also offer nine floor plans on 50-foot home sites. These homes, priced from the $310,000s, range in size from 1,941 to 2,798 square feet and include covered patios, mud rooms and three-car garages.

Buyers will also have the option of adding several upgrades to their floor plans, including media rooms, “Texas-sized” patios, studies and garage extensions.

Located near the northeastern sector of the Grand Parkway, The Trails is zoned to Huffman Independent School District. The community features amenities like a playground, resort-style pool and splash pad and network of outdoor trails.
