The Conroe master-planned community of Grand Central Park has begun sales on 147 new homesites in two different neighborhoods.

Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes and Westin Homes will build on 40-, 45-, 50-, 55-, 60- and 65-foot lots in the community’s South Village, with pricing starting in the mid-$300,000s.

Additionally, J. Patrick Homes and Jamestown Estate Homes will build on 70-foot lots in South Village, with prices starting in the mid-$600,000s. The builders will also build on 70- and 80-foot lots in Deer Lake Estates, Grand Central Park’s luxury home enclave. Pricing will begin at $750,000 for those homes.

There are currently over 1,000 completed homes and over 2,800 residents in Grand Central Park. Upon completion, the community will have approximately 1,600 homes.
