Meridiana, a master-planned community in Iowa Colony, has expanded its lineup of homebuilders with the addition of Tricoast Homes and Westin Homes. Both builders have recently opened models in the community.

Tricoast Homes will offer single- and two-story homes in Meridiana’s gated active-adult section, Serenity at Meridiana. Floor plans range in size from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet and feature open-concept layouts, cathedral ceilings, flex rooms and mud rooms. The model is located at 5315 Majestic Court in Meridiana’s model home park.

Westin Homes will offer four- and five-bedroom homes on 60-foot homesites. Plans range in size from 3,427 to 3,800 square feet and include gourmet island kitchens and expansive owners’ suites. The model is located at 5315 Elegance Court.

These recent model home additions bring Meridiana’s total model home count to over 20, with fully furnished models from builders including Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Toll Brothers and Shea Homes.
