Construction is underway for Toll Brothers’ Orchard Collection at Pomona, a master-planned community in Manvel.

The Orchard Collection is located in a gated section of Pomona that features 60-foot homesites. Toll Brothers will offer six floor plans ranging in size from 2,700 to over 3,600 square feet. Homes are priced from the mid-$500,000s.

“We’re thrilled to bring the Orchard Collection to Pomona, offering homebuyers the opportunity to build a personalized new construction home within this well-established and highly desirable Houston area,” David Assid, division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, said in a press release.

Future residents will have access to on-site amenities, including a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse, two resort-style pools, a playground, fitness center, fishing pond and catering kitchen, as well as walking trails and parks. The community also includes an elementary school, zoned to Alvin Independent School District.
